About BlueSwitch
Built by makers,
shaped around real orders.
BlueSwitch brings custom printing, stocked products, and equipment sales into one storefront so the customer journey stays coherent from quote to invoice.

Why it exists
Most 3D printing sites split the experience into disconnected pieces: a quote form, a catalog, an account area, and a separate admin process. BlueSwitch is aiming for the opposite. The customer should be able to understand what they are ordering, what it costs, and where it stands without switching mental models at every step.
That is why the current platform combines custom print jobs and stocked products in the same cart, keeps invoices visible inside the customer account, and exposes the same product information more clearly on the public storefront.
The result should feel less like a collection of tools and more like one operational system that happens to sell several kinds of 3D-printing products.
What matters
What BlueSwitch should feel like
Checked before it ships
BlueSwitch treats inspection as part of the job, not an afterthought after the printer stops.
Clearer pricing
The goal is to show the customer what the order looks like before they commit, not after a back-and-forth email chain.
Built for local and remote orders
The storefront and checkout are designed so orders can be reviewed, tracked, and supported from one shared account area.
Human support
If a job needs clarification, the customer should be able to contact a real team member instead of guessing through the interface.
One storefront, one account history, one operational flow
Whether the customer starts with a custom model or a stocked product, the goal is to keep the path understandable: browse, configure, check out, and follow the order from the same account area.
